For some years now, herdsmen, breeders and producers in general have a place in AgroActiva® to show their products, receive training and do business.

A space exclusively dedicated to livestock is located in one of the lateral areas of the exhibition and gathers the entire productive chain of the sector throughout the days of the exhibition. There, manufacturers of animal husbandry equipment, goods and services suppliers, herdsmen, consignees and the best bovine, porcine, ovine, goat and camelid specimens interact.

Producers come from different regions of the country with their purebred or registered bulls to show them to the thousands of visitors of this mega exhibition. Besides, breed associations and different public and private agencies provide an outstanding institutional framework.

Likewise, new attractions are incorporated every year. In 2011, we had for the first time a competition of bull calves and block test. Also, year after year, new topics are incorporated in the agenda for their discussion and analysis, with the active participation of the Institute for the Promotion of Argentine Bovine Meat (IPCVA), main sponsor in this field.

Another attraction that calls the attention not only of the experienced public but also of the entire family is the camelids. Called by PALAGA, llamas and alpacas breeders of the country participate with their specimens in a competition and later auction.
